For transaction execution and legal processes, I collaborate with a network of trusted international partners, including real estate agencies, developers, and legal firms.

This structure ensures clients receive both personal guidance and access to a professional international network.

For all primary market properties, I work directly with developers, which is why my services are free for buyers, while my commission is paid by the partners. The convenience and benefit for the buyer is that they receive better service and more support for the same price.

For secondary market properties, the commission size is negotiated separately.
